Halkirk, Calder Mains, Loch Calder Loop

Wide open spaces, wide blue skies with puffy white clouds, a gentle breeze joined me on this walk today. A 13k loop between Halkirk and Loch Calder with a short variation through Calder Mains. Encountered a herd of cows and calves mobbing a single sheep including head butts, I have never seen that before. I managed to move the mob a way from the sheep with shouts and a wave of my stick. Can you spot the sad cow? and later I was glad a wall and gate seperated from a rather large bull!. The small herd of black Shetland ponies wanted to make friends. The loch was beautiful today with reflections from the sky. I somehow managed to create a perfect pattern with the wind turbine blades.
